Grandma Conley Came with us and helped us get reservations for the Draper Temple Tour. It was really special and the kids had a lovey time too.
TMK was particularly interested in the Baptismal font on the back of the Cattle and in all honesty who wouldn't be?!
I really enjoyed the tour, it is a beautiful temple and done in a very tranquil and modern fabrics. Plus the Chandelier in the Celestial room was breath taking. I also notice the wall lights in the Brides room were quite special and more like miny chandeliers them selves. The rooms were expertly painted with nature scenes like that of the Saltlake Temple.
Not only was the inside beautiful but they built the Temple in a lovely place too, right among the mountain tops. What a veiw as you come out of the Temple looking over the valley below!
Afterward Princess Saru was all tuckered out and fell fast alseep at Grandma's house while Grandma fixed a delicious meal.

What a blessing to have another temple in the valley. Or, as you more accurately put it, overlooking the valley. The view of SLC when returning from a tour during sunset is beautiful and humbling.
The real beauty is like each child of God: on the inside. This is a divine work we are blessed to be a part of.
